1955 Began training as Photo Engraver &
Lithographer
1963 Painting studies U.W.A. extension service
1968 Art Studies in Painting and Drawing at
Claremont Technical College while
employed as Industrial Lithographer
1975 Full-time painting for one year resulting in
One man exhibition in early 1976
1976 Commenced Full-time degree course at
W.A.I.T. (now Curtin University) Majoring
in Painting & Printmaking resulting in a
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine Art in 1978
1977 Winner - Student Award in the Parmelia
Portrait Prize
1979 Commissioned to illustrate several
Publications for the Department of
Aboriginal Education.
1981 First Prize - Drawing. City of Stirling Art
